Well with Christmas well and truly behind us, all of the focus has now shifted to the New Year and that means “outfits, venues, goals and resolutions”.
This post will concentrate on outfits. We can look into some of the other topics in a future post.
Now it could be that you want to go out on New Years Eve and paint the town red or you just want a quiet one at home with your loved ones. Whichever one it is, I’m sure you will want to be dressed appropriately.
I’m sharing a couple of looks which could be considered for a night out. The first is a one shoulder LBD which can be paired with some killer heels or boots and then accessorised with gold or silver jewellery.
Some examples of similar dresses are in the links below:
Pair it with some killer heels or boots and you’re good to go. You wont need to go overboard with your accessories, just some bold earrings and maybe a bangle and a watch. Fashion rings would finish the look.
I recently wore this playsuit on holiday from Boohoo.com which was very comfortable. This can be dressed up or down as with most things now of days. I wore it with some bold silver jewellery. I would also wear this with a colour statement jewellery piece, like red. I don’t usually wear shorts or playsuits often so this was quite new for me. Its loose fitting with a belt to pull in the waist and you can wear it with a nice pair of pumps or strappy heals to compete the outfit.
I know that we are officially in the autumn/fall season. However I’m currently on holiday in the Caribbean, so I thought I’d share some of the looks I had. It’s been a lovely relaxing beach holiday experience. I’ve enjoyed the gorgeous clear blue sea and sky and loving the warm evenings. Its been a long awaited well deserved holiday if I say so myself. One day I wore this lovely maxi dress from asos.com. It fits and falls really well. Its great around the bust area also, if your a little busty like me. Great for the day or if paired with nice jewellery, it can be worn at night. So here I am trying to hold on to the summer sun for as long as possible…

Its been a while…
I wore this outfit one nice warm evening. It’s a fitted dress with a combination of a leather look material. Its nice and easy to wear and you can dress it up or down depending on the occasion. Slap on the right makeup and jewellery and you have a lovely look. I love a pencil dress or skirt as it produces a nice silhouette which accentuates the curves in the right places.
